RESPON PERTUMBUHAN SETEK JARAK PAGAR (Jatropha curcas L.) di POLYBAG TERHADAP BEBERAPA ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH ALAMI
Abstract
Jarak pagar dapat diperbanyak secara generatif maupun vegetatif. Di antara perbanyakan vegetatif adalah melalui setek. Penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan setek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan setek jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas l.) di polybag terhadap beberapa zat pengatur tumbuh alamig. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan seluas 50 m2 yang berlokasi di Perum Griya Revari Indah Blok Z. 10 Kelurahan Talang Kelapa Kecamatan Alang-alang Lebar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan, yang diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan zat pengatur tumbuh alami yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : A = Aquades ; B = Air Kelapa ; C = Urine Sapi ; D = Urine Kambing ; dan E = Ekstrak Bawang Merah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa perlakuan zat pengatur tumbuh alami air kelapa muda memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan setek jarak pagar di polybag dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya
