RESPON PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KARET (Hevea brasilliensis Muell. Arg) ASAL STUM MATA TIDUR TERHADAP PEMBERIAN MIKORIZA
Abstract
This research method using a Random Design Group (RAK) nonfaktorial with 5 replicates, with four plant samples. The treatment is dosage of mycorrhizal (M) as follows: M0 = 0.0 g / plant, M1 = 2.5 g / plant, M2 = 5.0 g / plant, M3 = 7.5 g / plant, M4 = 10, 0 g / plant. Observed variable is the time to grow shoots (HST), height of shoots (cm), coiled shoots (cm), number of petiole (stalk), root length (cm), number of roots (pieces), root weight (g). The analysis showed that the diversity of mycorrhizal treatment dose is very real effect on all variables were observed. The results showed that giving doses of mycorrhizae 7.5 g / plant the best effect on rubber seedlings, as in the growing bud (HST), shoot height (cm), coiled shoots (cm), number of petiole (strands), weight of roots (g), root length (cm) and number of roots (pieces).
