Produktivitas konstruksi mempunyai hubungan yang erat dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam konstruksi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan proyek. Hal ini melibatkan banyak aspek, mulai dari memastikan progres yang cepat, pengendalian biaya yang efisien, hingga menghasilkan kerja yang berkualitas tinggi. Oleh karena itu, manajemen dan pengelolaan produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi yang efisien dan efektif menjadi factor krusial dalam mencapai sebuah proyek konstruksi yang sukses. Dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi yang tinggi, proyek konstruksi dapat di selesaikan lebih cepat, lebih efisien dan lebih menguntungkan.
