ANALISA SISA UMUR PAKAI TRANSFORMATOR 6,6 KV DI PT. PERTA-SAMTAN GAS SUNGAI GERONG

Abstract

Perta-Samtan Gas memiliki dua buah transformator yang berperan sangat penting sebagai penyalur daya untuk kebutuhan Kilang LPG setiap harinya. Penelitian ini akan membandingkan hasil perhitungan prediksi sisa umur pakai transformator 6,6 kVdi PT. Perta-Samtan Gas Sungai Gerong dengan hasil pengujian kekuatan dielektrik pada minyak transformator menggunakan alat uji Megger OTS 60 SX. Dari hasil pengujian kekuatan dielektrik dihasilkan nilai rata-rata tegangan tembus masing-masing transformator adalah untuk 03-TRF-7101-A sebesar 48,1 kV; dan 03-TRF-7101-B sebesar 56,6 kV. Kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil perhitungan sisa umur pakai masing-masing transformator adalah untuk 03-TRF-7101-A sebesar 3,5 Tahun; dan 03-TRF-7101-B sebesar 3,8 Tahun. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kekuatan dielektrik dan hasil perhitungan maka dapat terlihat bahwa semakin tinggi nilai tegangan tembus suatu transformator maka semakain lama umur pakainya.
