Abstract
This research is an intensive, detailed, and in-depth library research. The data collection method used in this search is based on applicable regulations. Legal research is one of the research methods useful for future legal knowledge needs. To analyze the files from the search development, primary and secondary data can be processed and then analyzed quantitatively. Subsequently, a review is conducted and the main conclusions are obtained. Therefore, PT. PLN (Persero)'s services to consumers in the implementation of services and the types of services provided to consumers are in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.
